I was very grateful that they were open, even though many stores were closed on May Day. I bought 10 macarons and two cakes. The cakes were decorated with refreshing, never-boring cream and fresh fruit, and the macarons had a lovely aroma. Everything was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.

on a mangé sur une place une tarte vigneron et une glace, c'était super bon ! la dame était super agréable et bienveillante !! je recommande pour goûter la tarte vigneron, un incontournable de Chinon. La vitrine est très très jolie !

En séjour à Chinon, nous avons dégusté moultes spécialités, dont la tarte vigneronne. De toutes les boulangeries de chinon qui proposent la tarte vigneronne, Ayrole en est le créateur, et leur tarte est de très loin la meilleure !! Allez à l'essentiel, sans détour, goûtez la meilleure, elle est la, ne cherchez pas.

Expectacular! Hemos pasado 8 días viajando por el Valle del Loira y esta es la mejor confitería que hemos encontrado. Algunos productos los hemos visto en otros sitios más baratos, pero aquí estaban más ricos. Se puede destacar la especialidad de la casa, que han patentado: la tarta de manzanas y vino de Chinon.

Spectacular! We spent eight days traveling through the Loire Valley, and this is the best pastry shop we've found. We've seen some of the products elsewhere for cheaper, but they were even tastier here. The house specialty, which they've patented, is a Chinon apple and wine tart.
